Call for Proposals – General Project Manager | Sports Incentive Law Project
The Pan American School of Bahia (PASB) is inviting qualified professionals and companies to submit proposals for the provision of General Project Management services for a project approved under Brazil’s Sports Incentive Law.
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Legal Entity, Sole Proprietor, or Independent Contractor Agreement)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Pan American School of Bahia (PASB) – Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
The project includes weekly sports activities in volleyball and futsal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project’s administrative and financial execution;
- Monitor the project timeline, goals, and performance indicators;
- Conduct internal audits of administrative, financial, and accountability processes;
- Prepare management and progress reports;
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations applicable to Brazil’s Sports Incentive Law;
- Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, partners, and project stakeholders;
- Monitor the operational implementation of the sports activities, ensuring adherence to the project plan and objectives.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience managing administrative, financial, and operational processes;
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining administrative controls, and overseeing financial accountability;
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in English is considered an asset;
- Experience with government-funded projects, grant compliance, public funding management, or accountability reporting is considered an asset.
Proposal Submission
Interested candidates should submit a technical and financial proposal including:
- A description of the proposed methodology, outlining how the administrative, financial, operational, and reporting aspects of the project will be managed;
- A proposed scope of work, including the suggested weekly workload;
- Proposed monthly professional fees;
- Availability to begin the engagement.

Elementary School: Internship in Education & Language Arts

Minimum Requirements:
- Be actively enrolled in an undergraduate Education or Language Arts degree.
- Be at least 2 semesters away from graduation.
- Availability to work for one year from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Knowledge of English is desirable.
