We are looking for exceptional teachers from the United States, Brazil, and around the world to join our diverse faculty. We seek educators with strong experience in effective teaching methods and pedagogical practices to support our integrated Brazilian-American curriculum, as well as the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme. English is the primary language on our campus and is used in all activities. Classes following the American curriculum are taught entirely in English.

Dean of Students

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five years of teaching or counseling experience and at least two years in an educational leadership or student services role.
• Demonstrated experience in student behavior management, restorative practices, and social-emotional learning.
• Strong interpersonal, mediation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese required (bilingual fluency preferred).
• Familiarity with IB programs and international school environments strongly preferred.

Elementary English Enrichment Teacher

We are seeking a local candidate to fill the role of Elementary English Enrichment Teacher and join our team on July 20, 2026.

• Must have an undergraduate degree in Language Arts.
• Expertise in focused literacy support, working with small groups to enhance reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Proficient in phonics and evidence-based reading strategies.
• Ability to develop personalized lesson plans for individual student needs.
• Experience in progress monitoring and assessment of reading and writing skills.
• Skilled in managing small groups and fostering an engaging learning environment.
• Collaborative approach with classroom teachers to align literacy interventions.

High School Math Teacher

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a teaching degree (Licenciatura) in Mathematics, preferably with a Master’s Degree.
• A minimum of two years of documented successful teaching experience.
• Demonstrated fluency in English is mandatory, including the ability to speak, understand, read, and write the language at an advanced or near-native level.
• Candidates are also expected to be able to speak, understand, read, and write Portuguese, preferably at the native speaker level.
• Candidates should be able to establish effective, cooperative, and collaborative working relationships with staff, students, and parents.

Middle School Math Teacher

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be regularly enrolled in an undergraduate course in Physical Education. 
• Must be available to work from either 8 AM to 12 PM or 12 PM to 4 PM.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
